Registration Fees and Payment Options

Please read the following details regarding Registration and Payment Options, you will then be able to proceed to the registration page. You can return to this page at anytime using the Navigation Menu. If you have any questions not explained there, please contact the conference organisers.

Registration Fees

All prices are in Australian dollars

There are two main forms of registration; full registration and day registration. A late fee for Registration of $50.00 will be added after December 22, 2006.

Full Registration

The costs for full registration are as follows:

ANZIAM Members	A$410.00
ANZIAM Retired Members	A$240.00
ANZIAM Student Members	A$240.00
Non-members	A$480.00

These fees include welcoming BBQ on Sunday evening, lunch on Monday and morning & afternoon tea for the main days of the conference. They do not include the conference dinner on Wednesday night.

Day Registration

Delegates that only wish to attend a subset of the conference may purchase day registration at a cost of:

Conference Dinner (Wednesday Evening)

The registration fee does not include the cost of the conference dinner. Tickets for the conference dinner are:

Dinner Tickets	A$55.00 per person

Welcoming BBQ (Sunday Evening)

The full registration fee includes the cost of the welcoming BBQ for delegates. Additional tickets for partners or day delegates are:

Welcoming BBQ Tickets	A$25.00 per extra person

Payment Options

Payment for conference fees can be made using the following methods:

Preferred:

• Direct electronic transfer into the conference bank account with UniCredit BSB
• Cheques made out to ANZIAM07. These can be mailed to the ANZIAM 2007 Office, details of which can be found on your payment form.

Alternative:

• Via PayPal (credit card payments)
  • Please complete the payment form and fax to the ANZIAM 2007 Office.
  • Follow the link to the online payment facility. This can be returned to at any time by using the link in the Navigation Bar.

The Conference Editor reserves the right to decline submitted abstracts. If you intend to submit an abstract, payment can be deferred until after receiving notification that it has been accepted.
